SF YouthWorks is Now Hiring for Summer 2020

Description

SF YouthWorks matches high school juniors and seniors with mentors and internships in city government departments throughout San Francisco, including the Mayor’s Office, SF Environment, Sheriff’s Department, Public Health and lots more. This unique relationship allows for young people to gain paid work experience and job skills while mentors gain the necessary support in the workplace from having an intern.  YouthWorks students intern a minimum of 16 hours per week starting in early June through early August.  Youth gain important work experience, earn money and learn valuable job readiness and life skills. The application deadline has been extended to April 24th, due to COVID19.

Apply HERE by Friday, April 24 at 5 PM. Students must be entering into 11th or 12th grade for the 2020-21 school year OR graduating in Spring 2020 to apply.
