World Affairs Student Ambassador Program

Description

The World Affairs Student Ambassador Program gives high school students the opportunity to dive into world issues through research, discussion, outreach and action, while also gaining leadership skills. Ambassadors will deepen their own knowledge by working in small groups to conduct research about the nature of, and methods of effectively addressing, a selected global issue. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a one year membership to World Affairs. Meetings begin in October, end in April, and are held at the World Affairs Building in downtown San Francisco twice monthly on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. 

Applications are due by Friday, September 20 at midnight. One letter of recommendation from an academic or extracurricular supervisor is required. Apply HERE.
